Once your items have been entered in our inventory, you will receive a “Welcome To Pinwheel” email, followed by an invitation from SimpleConsign to create your consignor account. You will have access to your in-store inventory, which includes a detailed list of each item you've consigned with us. Most of all, you'll be able to view your sales activity once your items have sold and manage your balance.
If you have consigned out of season items, these may be added to the sales floor at a later date.
However, if some of your in season items have not been added to the inventory list and you have selected the option to pick them up, please do so within the next seven (7) days during business hours.
